How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Email our designated agent at admin@klorvex.com with: your physical or electronic signature; a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; the specific URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing material on klorvex.com; your contact details (name, address, phone, email); a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act for the copyright holder.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to admin@klorvex.com with equivalent identifying details, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court, and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringement

We may remove infringing material and restrict or terminate access for accounts or sources associated with repeated violations.

False Claims

Knowingly submitting a materially false takedown or counter-notice may expose you to liability under applicable law.
